At SORA Clothing, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Our streamlined process ensures that if a fit isn't perfect, we'll help you find the right style or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund is processed.
